The other important facts are that I am a GHR and CNHC approved, registered and insured Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, and Counsellor with a wide variety of additional training in mind based therapies, these include; Cognitive Behaviour Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy, Certified youth mindfulness teacher, Neuro linguistic programming, Thought Pattern Management and even Laughter Yoga!
